What's New
Four new modules are introduced to the CoolSIS Mobile Application version 2; these include Courses, Schedule, Log-in History, and Communication Log. • Courses: Parents and students can view all the current enrolled courses of the academic term and easily contact teachers by a direct phone call or an e-mail. The course module also provides access to the shared document folders of each course giving parents and students access to download shared course and homework documents. • The Schedule, Log-in History, and Communication Log modules can be checked on the mobile application in the same manner as checking through CoolSIS in a web browser.Attendance, Assignments, Behavior Incidents, and Grades have been updated to improve the user communication experience with the school. • Attendance: Parents and students can easily e-mail teachers regarding the student’s unverified and late attendances. • Assignment: Parents and students can download uploaded documents, view all assignments through a calendar, create assignment reminders on the calendar of their smart phone, and quickly e-mail teachers regarding the student’s assignment grades and assignments. • Behavior: Parents and students can now e-mail teachers regarding any positive or negative incidents and create reminders to follow-up on an incident in the future. • Grades: Parents and students can e-mail teachers regarding the student’s current overall course grades that are shown both in numeric and letter format.
